Program Fees

STAESA charges participants a program fee that is used to cover administrative charges, airport pickup, first night accommodation at hotels where necessary, host family (food and accommodation), orientation, and supervision. Our fees are very reasonable, and you can check it against other similar organizations. The fee does not include airfare to your chosen country, any fees for visas or passports, personal expenses, and immunizations.

We also go the extra mile to give donations to help other organizations. We ask for written applications from nonprofit organizations, and funds are granted to them if they qualify and we have enough money. Funds are given towards community development projects such as HIV/AIDS programs, classroom block building programs, orphanages, senior homes, water and sanitation programs, feeding programs, women and development programs, youth development programs, administration work, and poverty alleviation projects. We are really happy to do all this, and to make a difference in the lives of the people. The fees are used to complete our projects, give volunteers flight discounts, adopt children in Africa, and pay for small administrative costs. Our fees are given below. All numbers are in US dollars. The fees given are for all our programs except the adventure and language programs as they have their seperate special fees. As of now, the preferred method of payment is wire transfer to STAESA's bank account.
